Dealer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

The Dealer Referral Program is provided by 4ward Connect Worldwide and is available to approved dealership partners. The purpose of the program is to encourage dealers to refer prospective auto insurance customers (“Referral”) to the Agency.

Submitting Referrals

Referrals must be submitted using the Agency’s referral form. The form can be accessed in

the following ways:

  • Scanning the Dealer-specific QR code given to the Dealer
  • Scanning the QR code available on the Agent’s business card

Dealers are permitted to share the QR code with customers so that customers may submit their own information directly. Dealers must not alter, replace, or misrepresent the QR code or the referral form in any way.

Customer Consent and Information Accuracy

Dealers must confirm that each Referral has given permission to be contacted by the Agency. Only accurate information should be submitted; fake, duplicate, or misleading referrals are not allowed.

Definition of a Qualified Referral

A referral qualifies as a Qualified Referral only if all the following criteria are met:

The referral form includes su icient information for the Agency to attempt contact (at minimum: full name + phone number)

  • The Agency is able to successfully speak with the Referral via a live phone call orreal-time conversation
  • The Agency is able to complete and provide an auto insurance quote to the Referral
  • The Referral is not a duplicate lead already in the Agency’s system within the past 90 days
  • Referrals will not be considered qualified if they are unreachable, have a wrong number, lack consent, are duplicates, fall outside the service area, or cannot otherwise be quoted.

Referral Fee

The Agency pays $25 per Qualified Referral. This payment is made per person referred, not per vehicle, policy, or based on whether a policy is purchased.

Payment Schedule and Method

Payments are issued weekly via Zelle to the Zelle account provided by the Dealer. Each weekly payment covers Qualified Referrals confirmed during the previous week (Monday– Sunday).

The Agency may require Dealers to verify their Zelle account details before making the initial payment. Dealers are responsible for any taxes and must supply any necessary tax documentation if requested.

Referral Tracking and Verification

The Agency will track referrals based on the submission of the referral form and will conduct internal verification to confirm that each referral meets the Qualified Referral criteria. In case of any dispute, the Agency’s records and determination of qualification will be controlling, as permitted by law.

Quality Standards for Program Participation

The program is designed for good quality referrals. Dealers should submit referrals who:

  • Expect a call from the Agency
  • Provide valid contact information
  • Are willing to complete a quote conversation

If referrals are frequently low-quality—such as frequent wrong numbers, no-consent leads, duplicates, or repeated inability to reach or quote—the Agency may issue a warning or coaching, pause the Dealer’s participation, or remove the Dealer from the program.

Prohibited Conduct

Dealers are prohibited from:

Submitting purchased lists or “lead dumps”

  • Submitting referrals without customer consent
  • Impersonating the Agency or claiming to be an insurance agent for the Agency
  • Using the program in any manner that violates insurance regulations or consumer privacy laws

No Guarantee of Coverage, Pricing, or Acceptance

The Agency does not guarantee that any Referral will qualify for coverage, receive a specific rate, or purchase a policy.

Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination

The Agency reserves the right to update Program terms, referral fees, or eligibility requirements at any time. The Agency may suspend or terminate a Dealer’s participation for non-compliance, suspected fraud, or ongoing submission of low-quality referrals.

Independent Parties

The Dealer operates as an independent business and is not considered an employee, partner, or representative of the Agency.
